      3. Enter your valid mobile number in the provided field.

      5. Retrieve the OTP from your mobile messaging inbox and enter it in the app's verification field.
      6. Once the OTP is verified successfully, your registration process is complete.
      7. You can now access the app's features and start submitting complaints.
